Vincent O'Leary

Vincent O’Leary a native of Sneem, Kerry, where he resides with his wife Fiona and their young family, qualified in Architectural Technology from DIT Bolton Street. Vincent worked previously for Neil Bennett Architects Limerick, Paul O’Loughlin Architects Dublin and Wilson Architecture Cork before joining B & J Rochford in 2004 and now has over 19 years’ experience in the architecture / construction industry.

James Rochford

James Rochford a native of Killeagh, Cork, moved to Kenmare in 1999, where he resides with his wife Angela and their young family, and established B & J Rochford. James qualified from Trinity College in 1996 with a degree in Engineering and became chartered in 2014. James has previously worked for Bowen Construction as a site agent / engineer on the construction of the Tableting Plant for Warner Lambert, Ringaskiddy, Cork and Donnybrook Business Park, Cork.

Thomas O'Sullivan

Thomas O’Sullivan a native of Tuosist, Kerry, where he resides with his wife Audrey, qualified with a Bachelors in Engineering (Civil) and joined B & J Rochford in 2004 and has over 11 years relevant experience in the engineering / construction sector. Thomas completed the FAS / FETAC ‘Site Suitability On-site Wastewater Treatment’ Certificate and registered on the Kerry and Cork County Councils list of Site Assessors.

Anna Hajna a native of Trencin, Slovakia, moved to Sneem, Kerry in 2008, where she lives with her partner Cohen.  Anna qualified from the Institute of Technology Sligo with a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Design RIBA part 1 and joined B & J Rochford in 2016.

Celia Hallesy

Celia Hallesy a native of Devon, England, moved to Kilgarvan, Kerry in 2001, where she resides with her husband Steve and joined B & J Rochford the same year. Celia is the office manager and is responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of our office.
