We will work with you on the initial design / layout plans for the development, review business plans and discussing budget costs at feasibility stage. We will work on design proposals, incorporating the requirements of the building regulations and prepare planning, fire safety certificate and disability access certificate applications. We have an excellent working relationship and understanding of the local Authorities, especially Kerry County Council, which is invaluable when submitting these applications.

The Building Control Regulations 2014 are in effect since 1st March 2014 and apply to new buildings, extensions, material alterations and changes of use of buildings. We will guide you through these regulations and outline the statutory and regulatory requirements and obligations relating to starting, certifying, completing and registering a building.

We will prepare tender drawings and specification documents for issue to contractors / sub-contractors and arrange contracts with the successful / appointed contractors. Our supervision of the contractors ensures that work is being done to the highest standards. During these inspections we ensure that the project is being built in accordance with the Building Regulations, Planning Permission and the Fire Safety / Disability Access Certificates. During construction we will issue stage payments and on completion of the project issue Certificates of Compliance.
